Is it a good idea to go on an extreme diet?

These days, more and more people are thinking of going on an extreme diet to lose weight quickly. Some people believe it is a good idea but others think it is unhealthy[A1] .

     Without a doubt, there are some advantages to go on an extreme diet. Firstly if you see results quickly[A2]  you keep motivated to continue with the diet[A3] . Secondly, the diet promotes discipline [A4] that gives the conditions to stay focused and you can resist temptations.[A5] [A6] 

     However, there are number of disadvantage to go on an extreme diet. To begin with, it is hard to follow[A7]  and you give up quickly[A8] . In addition there are extreme restrictions [A9] you don’t get the nutrients that you need to stay healthy[A10] .[A11] 

     All in all, there are both advantage and disadvantage to people who go on an extreme diet. In my opinion people should visit a nutritionist and do some exercise to stay healthy.[A12]

In spring the temperature is warm around to 60 degrees Fahrenheit, the sky is clear, and people wear light clothes like shorts, t-shirts and casual shoes. Some days in the morning is cold but in the evening is really cool.



In summer it is hot, people are very happy and excited because of the summer vacations, everybody puts on the swimwear, and they want to go to the beach, but it is expensive so, the final solution is going to an aquatic park.

In autumn the weather is cold, and the wind blows very hard, trees start losing leaves, the weather is ideal for outside activities.

Home remedies.

I have an upset stomach for eating too much.
You should eat a little bit of baking soda, and that will help you.

I have a terrible sore throat for eating too much ice cream.

You should take a very hot cup of tea, after that you should go to your bed.

I have a terrible case of smelly feet.

You should use feet powder, it may help you and take many showers too.

I have flu, I feel really bad.

You must rest and take your medicines.

Orange.

This is an extremely delicious fruit since long time, and very popular around the world. If you have sore throat with a glass of orange juice, is enough to help you. And the same form this is an excellent home remedy for future health problems. And now you know what you can do, and the same to enjoy a delicious healthy food. You don't forget it.

Arnica.

In the traditional medicine of México we found many remedies for infinity of things but the most secret put away is the arnica. A small plant that grows on many parts of our country and only a few people know about it. It is used to treat Arthritis, Rheumatism and also swelling.

Wolves

The wolf is a predator, it is in a lot of ecosystems. This large area of habitat where wolves thrive reflects their adaptability as a species because it can live in forests, mountains, tundra, taiga, and grasslands.

And I feel a chill run through my body, don´t touch me or I can hit you.

Go paintballing in a  forest is a very fun game, you also do it in a outdoor space, you need to wear a special suit and equipment, like paintguns and mask, you fire little ball of paint against your opponents to win the game.

Go bird watching an a nature reserve is somenthing really beautiful you don´t need nothing to do it, you just need to be calm and paceful, you can do it alone or with someone special.

Play cards in the park is entertaining, but you can´t do it alone became is a game for many people, you only need a deck of cards to play, you can pass a really good time with your friends with this activity.

Zip-ining is the sport of soaring high above the ground while your body is secured in a harness and attached to an overhead cable.

Hi Tommy,

What´s up my friend how are you? The last weekend was amazing, because I won a couple of tickets for my favorite singer in the world ´´the spectacular Taylor shift´´ on VIP zone, yeah, I could touch her hand. I was really impressed with this news, almost run the entire neighborhood loudly ´´I won, I won, I won´´. 

The concert started around at 10 pm, many people came from many parts, the lines for entering were huge, after 40 minutes of been waiting for her, she finally appeared, with a guitar on her shoulder, wearing cowboy clothes, she looked beautiful, all the people were screaming so loud, ´´Taylor, Taylor´´.

Her first song was ´´history love´´ and the crowd started singing, I saw some girls crying, when she was crossing in front of them. When finally the concert ended I could take a photo with her.

Bro. if you had been here, we would had gone together, but I know in this moment the college is more important, I hope to hear from you soon.

Where and when were you born? 

       I was born in January 15 1981, in Miami, Florida.

How did you start you career? 

      When I was three years old, I could recite the works of Cuba´s national hero and poet Jose Marti. I encountered problems early in my career as a rapper because I am white, I have blue eyes and I am from the South and I am Cuban.

How did you start as a singer?

       I started as singer of reggateon and hip-hop, but I chose reggateon.

I heard about the duets you did, could you tell us who've done duets?

     I have sung with Shakira, Jenifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Enrique Iglesias, and many more.

Why the sunglasses?

     It´s part of my look as well as my shaved head.

Many girls want to know if you´re single or married?

     No girls, I am single but I am looking a new love.

What is your favorite food?

Armando´s travel.

Armando is my younger brother and he is very adventurous when he was in The United Stated he was traveling around many places. He started in Denver Colorado to Memphis Tennessee that was a good experience for him; he was driving his car for almost 25 hours, under rain, snow & extreme hot weather.

Another time he tried to go to Miami Florida, and he did it. With a couple of dollars in his pocket he started his trip, first he took the I55 to Jackson MS, and after he had arrived he took a nap for a couple of hours.  He was lost for many hours before finding the right way.

After too many hours of driving, finally he arrived around 6:30 am.

He really is my hero for doing this.

My Hobby.

I have many hobbies, but my favorite hobby is watching animes, I love this, because when I was young, I watched many cartoons on tv, in special Dragon ball, Saint seya, Heidi and many others.

All my friends said, do you see yesterday Dragon ball?, o course I never forgotten to see them. Thats was in my school days, but now I don´t have many time for this, howerver sometimes when I have a little freetime I remember which were the animes, and turn on the computer and I see for a couple hours thoses animes.

Usually I spent many time watching those animes, some days I have spent a lot of time, say 12 hour at day.

The last vacations.

Summer vacations.

I was hoping that the summer vacations were unforgettable, but youself never should make plans because sometimes this could be fall down. I wanted to go to the beach on vacations, but my mother told me, you need a job and right now. 

I was looking for a job for a couple weeks, but I didn´t find nothing, and I came back to my old jod ´´waiter´´. This job is really tired, I worked in the night hours for almost more to 10 hours, when We finished the party ours bones hurt us.

I worked three months right there, the paid was a little big some weeks I won 800 bucks others weeks only 500 bucks, but I loved that job, I spent all my money in stupid things like cigarette packets, clothes, video games, food and many other things.

Hi! everybody my name is Tomas Eduardo Moreno Pérez, I´m studying International Relationship, in the law faculty, this is my third semester. I´m from Tehuacan. If some day you are in Tehuacan this part of Puebla, You can enjoy many things like the food, night clubs, museums, if you like the naturals places, we have a natural reserve.

I like watching anime on the web, some times I had been for more than 8 hours in front to computer, jajaja that was realy funny, ok ok for some people would say...´´ my dude are you crazy?´´ I think so, this is normal for me.

This is my family.

In my family we are 6 persons,  I´m the oldest brother, my brother is living in Cancun and the next month hewill be father, he was very nervios for this moment in his life, my older sister works in a pharmacy in the mornings in the afternoons she goes to the school maybe for next year she´ll be married, my youngest sister studies pedagogy in Tehuacan she is in third semester too, my mother is a housewife she cooks very delicious, my dad work like security guard in bodega Aurrera his job is very exausting because he works many hours at day.

My day.

In the morning I take class at 7:00 am because that class is very important in my school record, I stay for more 6 hour, in the afternoo  I take Japanese 1 at Facultad de Lenguas.
